Who are Gen Z?

Gen Z are expected to represent 27% of the workforce by 2025. They are side hustlers, they value flexibility to work where and when they want, and they’re changing jobs at a rate higher than any other generation.

The majority of Gen Z entered the working world amid rising concerns over climate change, social justice issues, inflation and the state of mental health. Not forgetting the disruption caused by COVID-19. Each plays in major part in how the younger generation view the workplace.

Companies must catch up with the latest wave of employees to enter to workforce. In this white paper we draw insights into what this new generation need and want from employers including:

  • Flexibility as a norm, not a perk
  • Mental health to be taken seriously
  • A diverse and ethical workforce
